StrEATeries in Stamford Downtown is Returning for its Third Year!
Stamford Downtown, in conjunction with the City of Stamford, has brought back this exciting event, which started in 2020 in response to the coronavirus crisis. Over 1,000 additional outdoor dining seats have been added and is designed to welcome visitors to Stamford Downtown to dine at our restaurants and shop at local stores.
Restaurant patios will extend to parking spaces in Stamford Downtown on the following streets: Bedford St., Atlantic St., Bank St., Main Street, Lower Summer St., Upper Summer Street and coming soon on West Park Place.
Bedford Street Piazza and a portion of the parking area behind Bedford Street (near the Bedford Street Garage) will be transformed into a massive outdoor dining patio featuring some of Stamford Downtown’s best restaurants.
Special Note Regarding Car Access:
The parking lot on Bedford at Forest Street will be closed for the season. Main Street EASTBOUND will be closed from Washington Blvd. to Clark Street. There will be no northbound right turn from Washington Blvd. to Main Street heading East. Main Street heading West will remain open between Summer St and Washington Blvd.
All garages will remain open and accessible from all of their entrance points.

Despite a bout of chilly April weather, the daffodils have emerged beautifully, creating a breathtaking scene rarely seen in a vineyard setting.
