Meet Bruce Le, owner of the new House of Pho
House of Pho now open in Stratford
This edition of Fairfield After Dark’s New Business Spotlight introduces you to House of Pho, a brand new, delectable Vietnamese restaurant and bar in Stratford.
Owned and operated by Bruce Le and the Le Family, House of Pho showcases the Vietnamese food Le grew up with. Born in Vietnam, Le also lived in Hong Kong, The Philippines, and Florida and had the good fortune to experience many cultures through his colleagues from countries such as Thailand, Laos, Korea, and even Japan. Le’s exposure to these cuisines ignited his passion for the food industry.
Le decided to open House of Pho because he wanted to give patrons a taste of truly authentic, high-quality Vietnamese food. Le’s family has been in the restaurant business in Vietnam for many years and now he is able to offer his family’s recipes and traditional dishes to his customers at House of Pho.
For Le, seeing his guests enjoy his food brings him real joy. He especially loves introducing Vietnamese cuisine to his customers who are experiencing it for the first time and who cannot wait to come back!
House of Pho is a full-service restaurant and bar with a lovely ambiance and friendly staff. It also offers take-out. It is located at 7365 Main St.in Stratford. For more information and to check out the menu, visit the website here!
