From Website: Formally known as UCBC Trumbull, J Bagels & Cafe is a family run bagel shop. Owner/Manager, Jen, decided to give the corporate world a break and enlisted the help of her father in running a bagel shop. Little did he know what he was getting into! You can find her and her brother, Jay, working the counter on any given day or whipping up some bacon, egg and cheeses on the grill during the busy weekends. We make our bagels from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients. You can say that we keep it "old school" as our bagels are rolled, kettle boiled and then baked in house. We top our fresh baked bagels with over a eight different flavors of cream cheese spreads. Stop by and stay a while - our space is warm, inviting and we offer free Wi-Fi for those that need to get some work done.
