From Website:
We believe that historic buildings matter.
They connect us to our past. They embody the changing values and tastes of American society. From colonial to modernist and everything in between, they are works of ingenuity, craftsmanship, and art.

Our tours are educational.
With the team’s background in architectural history and preservation and passion for history-telling, you will learn about styles of architecture, community development, and the events and people that shaped these places.

Our tours are entertaining and high-quality.
Our team has been delivering guided tours for over twenty years. We strive to provide you with an experience that is detailed, seamless, and enjoyable.

Our inspiration
Georgette has served on the board of Norwalk Preservation Trust for over a decade, bringing her expertise in guided tours to create annual historic architecture tours for the trust. Excited to share her love of these buildings and promote their preservation, she wanted to create these engaging experiences and inspire people in more communities.

What to expect
Histoury offers guided charter bus and walking tours. You will see and learn about some 20-25 historic buildings and take you inside several. You will learn about historic architecture and the people and stories connected to the buildings. Our bus tours are approximately four hours, walking tours are about 2.5. Each tour is unique and offered one time only!

Histoury is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Mission Statement: To promote the appreciation and preservation of historic buildings in communities large and small through our guided architectural history tours.

How you can help support our mission
When you attend our tours, you will get to see some great buildings and learn along the way, and whenever possible we connect you directly to related organizations and efforts in the community and encourage you to stay involved with them. Your ticket purchase is also critical, covering a portion of the costs to develop and operate our tours, which include extensive planning, research and writing, tour guide compensation, bus fees, staff, marketing, and association memberships. Thank you!
