Originally from Terracina, Italy, Claudio's culinary journey began in his grandmother's kitchen, instilling in him a profound love for cooking. He worked for years perfecting his craft, owning and operating many restaurants over the last 40 years in the area, and now, he's bringing it back to where it all started, Trumbull.
Inspired by Claudio's dedication, Brian Komaromi discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 15. After honing his skills at Johnson and Wales University, Brian has been orchestrating kitchen magic ever since.
Together, Claudio and Brian have crafted 123 Pronto's menu, a harmonious fusion of Italian classics, tantalizing vegan options, and mouthwatering soups, salads, and sides. It's all prepared with love, ready for you to savor at home.
