Escape the room! Your team will have 60 minutes to escape a scenario by solving a series of puzzles that will challenge your mind and confound your senses.
In early 2015, Escape New Haven launched Connecticut's first ever home-grown escape rooms. The rest, as they say, is history: we have hosted 80,000 players, received many hundreds of five-star reviews, and even had the joy of facilitating a handful of engagements at our venue. And to keep things fresh, we have designed over a dozen new escape rooms since we first launched, each one better than the last.
2020 was a difficult year for us, as it was for all indoor venues -- but it was also a year of innovation, and a year in which we were recognized for our creativity and dedication to making great games. We won "Best Escape Room" in CT Magazine's Best of Connecticut list. We saw our pioneering self-guided outdoor games featured in the New Haven Independent and Fox 61. And we were proud to learn that our latest indoor escape room, "Before Moonrise," had been nominated for a Best Virtual Game AND Best Overall Game by experienced nominators for the prestigious Top Escape Rooms Project, a global award for escape room excellence.
