Touch A Truck in Stamford Downtown Returns WHAT: Touch A Truck in Stamford Downtown DETAILS: Stamford Downtown hosts Touch A Truck in Veterans Memorial Park Stamford Downtown, in partnership with several City of Stamford departments, invites families to a free, fun-filled event during Stamford Public Schools’ Spring Break. Touch A Truck offers kids the exciting chance to climb aboard, explore, and interact with a variety of vehicles. From fire trucks and police cars to buses and construction equipment, children can get up close to the big rigs and powerful machines they usually only see from afar. Participating organizations include the Stamford Fire Department, Stamford Police Department, Stamford Emergency Services, the City’s Operations Department, the Ferguson Library, and CT Transit. This interactive event is the perfect opportunity for children to discover their favorite trucks and learn more about the people who operate them. VersoFest 2025: Four Days of Music, Media, and Creativity Concerts | Panels | Workshops April 3-6 VersoFest is The Westport Library’s annual music and media conference and festival where knowledge is shared and inspiration is discovered — a forum for media creators, artists, and fans to converge. VersoFest includes conversations where experts share their perspective and vision. Intimate workshops provide creators the opportunity to deconstruct, improve, and hone their craft.
